  • Discovery Call Screening

    Let’s talk and get to know one another a little better. Here, we will discuss your goals for your child and family as well as my approach to nutrition to decide together if we are the right fit. If you decide to move forward, we will discuss which program may work best for you.

  • Initial Session

    During this hour long initial parent/caregiver session, we will begin to sort through the clients food, nutrition, and health history while building a relationship with one another. 
Then, we will discuss the challenges you are having with feeding your family, whether it be with an infant, toddler, or older children.

    Together, we will come up with a plan that is not only attainable, but sustainable. We will ultimately work to improve everyone’s relationship with food while ensuring that your children are getting the nutrients they need. This is not a one size fits all approach, every family is different and every plan will be different.

  • Parent Coaching Follow Up

    These sessions are for parents of young babies or parents who are looking to develop better habits for their older children in a full family approach. This journey is a worthwhile process, and in each follow up session we will reevaluate goals and discuss any barriers and successes you and your family have had. We will continue to sort through your current challenges as we slowly work to help you feel in control with food and confident in feeding your kids. In these sessions we will discuss new goals as appropriate. Email support is offered in between sessions.

  • Selective Eating Therapy Follow Up

    These sessions are for the children who may be very selective or struggle to expand their diet. In these sessions, we work to address potential gaps in nutrition and find ways to expand the current diet to fill these gaps. Then, we follow a framework to slowly expand the diet and introduce new foods.

    Sessions may include food play, taste testing, learning about hunger and fullness, and more. Email support is offered between sessions.

  • Starting Solids Follow Up

    These sessions are for parents of new babies who are just starting solids or who have already started, but feel unsure about expanding their offerings. We follow an infant self feeding approach so that you can be assured your baby is getting all nutrients they needs.

    In these sessions, we also review allergens, sizing, consistencies, schedules, and more. Email support is offered between sessions.

  • Youth Athlete Follow Up

    If you are concerned your athlete is not getting the proper nutrition to fuel them through their sport, then these are the sessions for you. In these sessions, we run a nutrient analysis and provide recommendations to make sure your child is getting not only enough food, but fueling the proper way for sports and overall health.   • Weight Challenges Follow Up

    These sessions are for children who may not be growing appropriately. In these sessions, we follow an approach that teaches who to establish a healthy relationship with both food and body. We learn how to check in with hunger and fullness signals and practice how to put together an appropriate meals. Parent coaching is also important in these sessions so the whole family can be on the same page. Email support is offered between sessions.
