15-minute discovery call: Let’s talk and get to know one another a little better. Here, we will discuss your goals as well as my approach to nutrition to decide together if we are the right fit. If you decide to move forward, we will discuss which package may work best for you. Book here.

Initial one-on-one counseling session (60 minutes): During this hour long initial session, we will begin to sort through your food, nutrition, and health history while building a relationship with one another. Your typical exercise routine, stress level, lifestyle, health history, and perceived food rules will be considered. Together, we will define small, achievable goals and appropriate resources to help you achieve these goals.  As you move forward into further sessions, we will strive towards taking pleasure in all foods while learning to tap into your bodys’ hunger and fullness cues. Ultimately, we will work to improve your relationship with food and take charge of your health physically and emotionally. Unlimited email support is offered between sessions.

Follow up session (30-45 minutes): This journey is a worthwhile process, and in each follow up session we will reevaluate goals and discuss any barriers and successes you have had.  We will continue to sort through your current nutrition as we slowly work to help you feel in control around food and confident in your own skin. In these sessions we will discuss new goals as appropriate.  As always, unlimited email support is offered in between sessions.
