Food is my favorite. After years of confusion, multiple majors, and a few career changes, I was ultimately lead back to one thing each time: finding peace and joy with food and nutrition. Im Caitlyn, a Registered Dietitian and first time momma to a sweet baby boy.

As an R.D., my philosophy is simple: to convey that all foods have a place and a purpose, to dispel all of the conflicting nutrition information, and to help people feel their best. I work using evidence-based nutrition counseling methods to help shift the focus off weight and dieting, and focus more on embracing food and becoming more attuned to the needs of your body.

I work one-on-one with clients to help them improve their relationship with food. Instead of counting calories and restricting foods, together we will focus more on listening to hunger and satiety cues that will help us tune into and improve your physical and emotional health. I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel their best, and I can’t wait to work with you and your family!
