Food is my favorite. After years of confusion, multiple majors, and a few career changes, I was ultimately lead back to one thing each time: finding peace and joy with food and nutrition. Im Caitlyn, a Registered Dietitian and first time momma to a sweet baby boy.

As an R.D. with a focus on children, my philosophy is simple: to convey that all foods have a place and a purpose, to dispel all of the conflicting nutrition information, and to help families work to raise eaters they can feel good about. I work using evidence-based nutrition counseling methods to help clients feel confident feeding themselves and their families.

I work one-on-one with families who have babies, toddlers, and young children to help develop a sustainable relationship with food in a way that works for them. I also work with adult clients to help improve their relationship with food. I want to shift the focus off weight and dieting, and focus more on embracing food and becoming more in tune with your body at all ages. I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel their best, and I can’t wait to work with you and your family!
